A mixture of solvents with surfactant and inorganic thicker so that it clings to vertical surfaces.

Debond MIL is designed to remove silicone elastomer and rubber from paint, plastic and metal surfaces. Debond MIL penetrates the silicone film causing it to swell and detach from the substrate.
