 Eurowash SuperSheen

New technology has been used to create a high performance, mildly alkaline cleaner (SuperSheen) that imparts a sheen to paint and glass that both reduces spotting and helps to prevent re-soiling. It can be used in automatic brush washes and manually. SuperSheen is currently widely used within the transport industry, and has shown to increase MS (Mystery Shopper) scores within the rail industry.

As you can see from all of the illustrations, SuperSheen leaves an amazing STREAK FREE surface (Something many other cleaners CANNOT do) You might be saying to yourself "I have seen many clean trains before" however, SuperSheen cleaned trains will keep their shine for a prolonged period (Less frequent washing = cost savings)

The Problem:
Metronet BCV were experiencing low MS (Mystery Shopper) scores on their trains. At the same time they were coming under increasing pressure form an environmental view point. 
Step 1:
Chela first analysed the problem, and decided on a course of action.
 
Step 2:  
After careful consideration SuperSheen was used (This product was developed at Stonebridge Park Depot)
 
Step 3:
As the criteria on which BCV is judged are the MS (Mystery Shopping) scores, it was agreed that the proof of success would be the measure of increase in these scores over a full quarter following the introduction of the product (SuperSheen)
 

Results? 

The first quarter of 2006 was chosen and a record of comparative figures was kept.
At the end of the quarter, the scores had seen a 7 point lift. This meant a considerable gain in earnings for BCV.
