The Problem:
Metronet BCV were experiencing low MS (Mystery Shopper) scores on their trains. At the same time they were coming under increasing pressure from an environmental viewpoint.
The Solution:
Chela first analysed the problem, and decided on a course of action. After careful consideration, Eurowash Super Sheen was trialled. (This product was developed at Stonebridge Park Depot.) As the criteria on which BCV is judged are the MS (Mystery Shopper) scores, it was agreed that the proof of success would be the measure of increase in these scores over a full quarter following the introduction of the product.
“Chela worked with us to develop a product to improve MSS scores on train exteriors. Eurowash SuperSheen has successfully met our expectations and scores have improved by up to 57% in a measured quarter.”
